We've had an amazing response so far with enough entries to fill all meetings, as we stand at the minute there are 46 2wd entries who qualify for an automatic place (entered all 3 rounds and raced 3 rounds in our region previously) and 43 4wd entries who qualify for an automatic place (entered all 3 rounds and raced 3 rounds in our region previously)
We have 7 2wd entries and 6 4wd entries for all rounds from people who haven't done enough rounds previously to qualify for an automatic place and then a good few who haven't entered all 3 of either class so no matter what happens there will be a reserve list
With this in mind we have taken the decision to close booking in as of 9pm tomorrow (Tuesday June 9th)
So if you want to stand any chance of racing get yourselves booked in now

Payment requests have been emailed to those who have been allocated entries in the MEOR Back On Track Summer Series, please check your inbox and spam folders
The deadline for payment is 12noon on June 28th, if payment is not received by the deadline your entry will be cancelled and awarded to one of the many reserves. I will not chase payments, it is the responsibility of the individual to make the payment on time.
Thanks and see you Back On Track!

Are we sure that 50 entries are ok. Brca guidance say maximum 30 after 4/July can’t find anywhere that overrides this.

Nowhere in the BRCA Getting back on track guidance does it say there are restrictions to a maximum of 30 entries. In fact, if you read the accompanying Q&A, question 1 is:
Are there restrictions on competitor numbers?
Currently there is No specific restriction on competitor numbers. Each organiser/ venue will
need to consider the needs of the venue in order to identify if and how they need to restrict
numbers to allow for all guidance requirements to be implemented.
On the government website, it restricts gatherings to 30 people subject to a few exemptions. Motorsport is one of those exemptions and we are lucky that we fall under the umbrella of Motorsport UK and can therefore follow this. A lot of work has gone into this to allow people to race competitively again, if it was against the rules, we wouldn't be doing it.

Many thanks, that clears any worries:thumbsup:
I know this is the wrong place but tried to open the me-or.com page from the locked thread above. Is it just me or is it hacked?

No it's just offline at the moment, we are working towards a new section on the BRCA site which will be ready for next year, hopefully.
When I click on the link in that sticky post it takes me to somewhere naughty, would it be possible to remove the url or change it to a holding message ?

I see what you mean  Well that post is 13 years old and by someone I don't know so best ignoring it. Majority of what Mid East do now is on Facebook so head to https://www.facebook.com/mideastregionals/
So would be better as www.me-or.co.uk I will try and find a mod to change it, thanks for the reply's Dazzieboy.
Edit: thanks Oscar
