Hi all
Whats the general thoughts on the new B-Max?
I'v got a Cat SX at the moment and not getting on very well with it:cry:.
I had a B44 before it and went much better!
I usually race indoors, Worksop, Broxtowe etc.
Does anyone run The B-Max indoors, mixed surfaces, and how are they finding it?
Is there any problems with them yet?
Look forward to your replys:D

Solid car; well designed; transmission needs careful shimming otherwise you will start stripping gears or cooking motors (weakest point on the car); spares and options are trickling out in Japan but availability not great in the UK; handles the rough stuff brilliantly; needs different springs for UK tracks (kit front end too soft) but otherwise good handling balance.

Blatant plug but have a read of my blog and look at the setup I have posted at the top of this forum for a good indoor multi-surface starting point.

Ive had no problems with mine , i didnt shim it and had no probs with the transmission and that was running a 4.0 turn lrp .
It handles well and is pretty forgiving . I run mine indoors on smooth and rough with a few jumps .

Ive reduced the turn now lol .
All that powers just wasted inside unless youve a runway sized track.
