1/12 scale in the North East

Does anyone know of anywhere running 1/12 scale in or around the north east, bought my 1/12 hotbodies expecting to race at my regular club TRCC but we seem to have a drought on 1/12 scale at the minute. I would like to get some running in 1/12 before I brave the big world of 1/12 brca regionals/nationals.

We are currently running 1/12th at Birtley Church Hall on Sundays if anybody is interested. We only get 6 minutes at the moment but do get 5 sometimes 6 runs. The hall is open at 5 and we are out by 9. We have had as many as 10 cars running but there are some old faces returning and I think that number will double very shortly.

If you take the Chester le street turning off the A1 and head for Birtley centre you come to a mini roundabout - turn right here and the Church hall is on the left behind the Pub (Barley Mow - I Think)

Also Longbenton club are going to run the TC on carpet for the whole of February (every thursday night anyway) if anybody is interested, there could be a few drivers running 1/12th (6 or 7???)

Hi there me and my son have just joined the marley mow club and it very good all the lads are very friendly etc well worth a trip out ...paul
