whats this track?

So, my new job is a bit of a drive for me, but when I leave, I drive past what looks like a drivers rostrum, on a track with tyres as track markings.
I'm pretty certain it's an RC track, and not a go kart track. Googlemaps shows it as empty land/

It's on the B388, next to a body of water.

Any ideas?

I told you the road it's on. How is that not enough? I instead of slating me for asking a question, why not simply ignore it if you don't know the answer.

I was just wondering if it was a legit track or club. A genuine question to quell my curiosity.
