I don't think snee deals with the inserts any longer to be honest - Mtroniks apparently deal with them now, at least thats what snee said.
Peter sells them I think- thats the guy in the cloak area you mention. I will PM you his number

Teesside I would start out on worn mini spikes or pins. gotta be worn for me though - that track is very grippy, or at least it was last time I went.

the foams peter is selling are the snee foams,
and as jimmy said worn pins are the way to go(yellow mini pins)use all your old stuff up.

You can run them worn as they let you throw the car about better. But I like brand new tires at teesside aswell, it makes the car very twitchy but very stable on the slippy and very nippy, just move the shocks inside one hole front and rear.

As a regular I would say it depends on the track layout.

I've found -

Pins - Harder to drive but ultimately quicker.
New spikes - Car is easy to drive and consistent, but if there is a technical section on the grey carpet, you might struggle.

Mark,
From memory if Teesside use mainly carpet track we used to use Road and Track 2 wd fronts on B4.and worn yellow minin pins on rear.

Mark.
Cannot remember part number, but we have some in our box.
Basically they are a front Schuu tyre that were made for tarmac use.
