I've had a look through the threads I can find but don't seem to be able to locate the information I'm after on this model.

Please can someone list the part differences between the SX - S1 model and the SX - Phil Booth version, is it simply the composite chassis and steel drive shafts:confused:

What impact do the differences have on the performance of the car?

If a thread exists covering this topic please point me in its direction, thanks.

Chassis, top deck and steel turnbuckles. Drive shafts are the same. The car flexes more due to the composite material thus making it a little easier/safer to drive fast. Good car at a great price.

I guess most / all of this stuff cam be upgraded, finances and talent allowing.

a little easier/safer to drive fast.

It appears to be exactly what I need, I suppose the pay off to this is a less accurate and consistent performance, something it will never achieve with me behind the wheel anyway:woot:

Thanks for the info:thumbsup:

In some conditions the flex will be more beneficial than a stiff car tbh. I now havw both so I'm gonna set them up the same and should feel the difference. Great car whichever one you go for.
