Having fitted all the parts to my car i thought some off you may be interested in the differances it makes to the car.

Shock seal bits, nice and easy this really, the 2 o rings are now spaced furthur apart in the bottom cartridge than standard kit. Also the the seals are now bottom loaded into the cartridge. This would seem to help with sealing the bottoms of the shocks, as the shafts now pass through a small hole drilled in the cartridge then on to the seals. This should i think stop the shocks leaking as they could before.

Front longer shaft, saves you having to use the modded ballend to gain more droop as the shaft is 3mm (ish) longer meaning you gain the droop increase on the shaft so it is fully damped through the full throw of the shock.

The back end bits,

First a bit of a confession, i have been using the new rear wishbones for the last 2 meetings i have attended but not with the newer type uprights, this actually meant i was running the car 6mm narrower across the rear. oops,

with the correct uprights installed the car returns to the corect width. however you do lose a camber link pick up point on the top of the upright. This makes little differance if you had been running the alloy uprights, however it equates to losing the innermost hole on the kit ones.

Now all i need to know is how will the shorter wishbones but same width affect handling?
