Hello everyone. This coming sunday the 26th of April, Oswestry will be holding a round of the Bcl series.
It will be on the grass back where our national has been held in the past. This will be a good chance for you to test your cars on a full grass track for what could be the first time this year.
All classes welcome!! Be it electric or nitro!!
Please get your entries in Asap (include PT number, Brca number, classes, license grade if you have one, and as many crystals as you can preferably 3)
The forcast for the weekend so far is sun so it will be a good days racing

Hey Ice Man !!
Have you got an email address of who to send entries too..?
Also do you know if there is likely to be a good electric turnout ??
Would like to attend but its a bit of a drive for me so would prefer to know that there wont just be 1 heat of electrics in amongst the noise and smelly nitro's !!

Jamie,
If I come down (will know for sure whether I'm entering tomorrow) I have a spare charger (Trakpower) you can use?
As long as my bc6 holds up after repair this week anyway! Or as long as someone has a soldering iron with them!?

All i can say is all have a good days racing tommorow and hope all goes well for Oswestry Club as it normally does and wish you all the best

The next BCL event at Ledbury the electric 1/10 cars will use the electric buggy track and the Nitro's will use the Nitro track. (2 seperate tracks)

It was good to see an 8e do more than 3 laps to be honest, I like the idea as there are no nitro engines to go wrong, but it does not seem that popular as a class at the mo.

Here's another vid from the weekend, this one from in front of the jump, not the best angle and whoever was marshalling should really give the camera crew some room
Right at the end of the vid, its my car that grip rolls on the negative camber bank and into the oncoming traffic.. Shock ripped off mine.. not sure about the other car.. appologies if it was yours..

Andy no probs all part of racing..Wasnt too bad just the shock ball end ripped off nothing i couldnt fix. Plus watching the video back I liked the sound effects added by the marshal stood by my camera ha ha
