I am interested to purchase the predator for racing in my local tracks and I encountered some problems.

On the website, I saw 2 models which are available. The XRS Race Spec and the X11. What's the difference between the 2?
Looking from the website pictures, the XRS looks like the RTR version with plastic parts...
What are some essential spares for racing? Will be purchasing together with the kit....

The XRS i buggy is a cheaper version of the X10, it uses plastic parts instead of graphite, fibreglass instead of carbon fibre and there's some other differences which im not too sure about...

The X11 replaced the X10 and has many improvements over it, A new chassis with swept up sides, Front aluminium X brace, Aluminium pivot blocks and loads more...

Best thing to do is give Lewis/Yanina a call at extreme, they will be able to point you in the right direction..

Hope this helps,

Tom

hi - sorry to post also... but i'm interested in this as well as i'd love to have one to display on my shelf (i dont race) - RC cars are purely for having fun in the garden and or park for me.. (i can't drive like you guys anyhow!! :-) )

anyhow - is the Predator still in stock then? as i dont really see much of them around let alone on online shops like modelsport uk which is the one i use..

The preds are a very specialised car, As far as im aware, you can only buy them through extreme at the moment...

Its an expensive car to shelf! But it is stunning to look at
