This shell spraying is getting ridiculous!

Thay are so good that you would feel awful using them, like works of art.
I havent personally had anything from Kifo but they are excellent. Good work.:thumbsup:

Bulldog is supposedly function over form, everyone hated forward cab truggy shells when they first came out, now they are the norm. Im painting one for my losi tomorrow, also done and have to do a few JConcepts punishers, Blitz has done a few Bulldogs also, they are creeping in, theres no stopping them!!!!:p

ROAR has banned them from sanctioned meetings in the US of A lol, they are not astetically pleasing, but I guess they get the engine nice and cool!

Technically tho that is only one meeting! The grounds of the ban are truly laughable also, stating that the buggies should look something like their real life counterparts, although that sounds fair, I have zero idea what a 1/8th scale buggy is supposed to be based on!?? Stupid ban if you ask me!

Just one question, how do you cut so clean airflow-holes? Are they cut before painting? How do you cut them? Thanks mate!

Thanks Jon,

To cut the holes you score round the line using a sharp scalpel, then using a reamer make a hole anywhere inside the lines you just scored, then cut just up to the line using lexan scissors, cut lots of segments and snap them away, job done! You can do it before or after painting, I usually cut before sometimes after it doesnt really matter too much..

Hmm I already got Faskolor Fasecent blue not realising it would be so easy to ask you what colour you use. How much different will this be to the faspearl blue, I'm sure you'll probly know?

Also any tips to try and get that very rich colour you do?

Mine have just arrived and I'm a happy customer.

They look at bit more professional than my last shells, I may even be forced into doing a bit more regular maintenance on the cars to live up to the new image.

Here is my latest batch of goodies done by Keith.
He did all of it stupidly fast, and slight delay on clothes order coming in. But my lord was it worth the few days wait! The hoody is very nice quality! and the inside if very soft too. Sticker's are amazing quality and can see them withstanding the abuse us nitro nutter's give them. And the shell's are what I asked for with keith's artistic flair... love em dude love[1]

Looks really nice - I love how there's lots of detail yet it's a very understated design! It's a real shame that nitro shell will end up having a big hole cut out of it!

Yeah I had one very similar last time.. but I can honestly say how much Kieth's work has improved since my other shell.. 6+months ago. Yeah I like it.. as you said its a shame they get used tbh
