have you tried to resolve the problem with the seller?

did you check the sellers feedback in Trader Feedback before deciding to buy?

if you post some feedback please bear in mind the forum rules

I have bought from grass4600 and had no problems whatsoever, great to deal with and first class items, maybe he was unaware of any problems with the item in question and as Glenn rightly says contacting him may be most constructive.

maybe not if deepdale's reply in trader feedback is correct

BEWARE.....I brought a Futaba R603FF receiver of this guy and it is FAULTY,no antenna from the cable coming out of the receiver so it doesn't pair up!! I have asked three people to try and all of them have said that it is FAULTY!!!
Tried to get a refund but no reply................

I agree : may be possible that he never actually mated it to a TX, and assumed he was just not configuring it right... gave up & sold it.

Nevertheless, he should REPLY to our communications at least

I think grass4600 must be a dealer in RC or something as he seems to be selling on here alot, I can understand from time to time things go faulty and may be he brought it from someone who said it works fine.....so maybe grass4600 didn't test it before selling it on??

I was very disappointed to be told my him that I must of done something to it to make it go faulty and it was not faulty when he sold it to me!!!

IT WAS!!!!!

Chris if it makes you feel any better I bought a mini off flea-bay a while ago and it had no gears. lol. Went to fit the motor, and no gear to mate the pinion to, so took it apart, empty gearbox casing! lol.

It's funny now but at the time I did have a slight sense of humour failure......

My guess is that he did not test it, so he didn't know it was faulty. he may have got it 2nd hand like that. If only he could give more info to you deepdale11, you may be able to get it fixed for a small fee (Futaba is a very nice company in that respect)

After all a faulty Receiver is Futaba's reponsibility, not grass4600, not Royal Mail, not you deepdale11. (Rx is not something that can be damaged easily by user or transport.. It would have to be crushed, burned or something like that, believe me)

True....he may not of known it was faulty but I think he should offer a refund and get it fixed him self?? And like you say not easily damaged, I have been given someone who can repair them so i will see how much that will cost??
