Hello All
I have decided to sell my backup ZX5 as i have a B3 i can run as a spare car if needed. This was originally a zx5 RTR and was what i started with at my local club last year. I then purchased another zx5 and used this as my backup.
I have since upgraded the diff holders to the steel ones all round and it has the dog bone metal rear driveshafts and the upgraded metal front drive shafts. It also has a front one way installed, which i find really helps the handling
Basically it is the spec of a normal zx5 now. Quite an expensive way to do it i found out:thumbdown:
It also has a new reedy quad 19t motor installed that has hardley been used. Still on it's first set of brushes with plenty of life left. The ESC is forward and reverse and the servo is only a budget acoms, but is new.
The reciever is also new as the stock one gave me a few issues.
It will also come with 2 4500 NIMH stick packs that are still good.
It is a used car, the shell has a few extra holes and the paint is worn off in places. There are some scratches to the underneath as i race at an outdoor club
The radio works fine, but the on/off switch is a little stiff and the top of the ariel has a bit of rubber on it as the cap came off
On one of the battery packs the plastic at the bottom has a hole in it showing the metal link between the rows of cells as it got a bit close to a soldering iron, but still works fine.
I would say a good started package for someone, all you would need is a charger.
£100 Posted, it goes on ebay after the Bank Holiday
Cheers
Dave
