Gates will be open from about 7.30am!

We are aiming to start practise about 8.30 (maybe earlyer providing we are set up)

We will run practise untill about 9.30 when we will sort heat listing out and do drivers briefing!

Food will be avaliable, we will be supplying bacon and burgers i beleive.

Drinks will be avaliable in the main club house along with toilets!

Looking at doing 4 rounds of qualifying and 3 leg finals for A and single leg for the rest!

Needs your thoughts on what format for qualifying round-by-round or FTD!???

We will have a compressor on site and possibly some spare 12v if any one gets stuck!

Hope the weather is ok too!!!!

Its easy from the south, turn off the A43 for Silverstone village (not "the" race track), then turn left into "West End" at the end of this lane right and left into the Sports field. bit more complicated going home, pass "the" other tracks entrance to get onto the A43 south.

Get the weather booked guys......... (it is not looking good at the mo)

If there is a threat of rain, then surely it will HAVE to be Round by Round (sadly)

See you all in the morning, (hoping not to be toooo late, since I am out on the lash with my footie team at an end of season presentation tonight :bored:)

Heavens really opened just as we locked the gate to the field, think we were lucky with shower we had!

Paul and all the others that have helped - I thought the track was great and the work that must of gone into it all is for sure is second to none. I personally didn't get on with the Pamelas but that's me......excellent and well done again......

Track was great, weather not so. Well done to all the Silverstone crowd, shame the meeting did not get the weather it needed to match.

Cleaning the car after each run to have a small beach form on my pit table each round was different :(, but I am sure the sand will work its way off the track with use.

Had possibly my worst bout of bad luck EVER in qualifying in all four of the rounds today (car would not turn "back" on (did not turn it off!!) for 90 secs at the start of round 1 even after doing two warm up laps with no trouble, went on to run 5/6th pace for the 3 1/2 mins I did, round two was just a nightmare with back markers/lapping etc (my best round still though), round three a balljoint popped when landing awkward on the triple overtaking/ovoiding a back marker who was a bit "random" in front of me when on I was on for a top 6 time in round, then took two marshals 3 laps to just pop back on the balljoint (which was brand new at the start of the day to), round 4, ran 2 laps in warm up absolutley fine, went down the straight at the start and went straight on with no steering at all, servo was then fine again after 30 seconds and completed the race with no trouble, but a lap down on the field)

My worst ever result I can remember at a regional which is made even worse by the fact that the car was actually very good on the day, which was really annoying hence why I chose not run my final, but no reflection on the track or the organisers
