There's so much on the market that it's hard to list everything. I'll cover a few though.

ESC/Motors

Castle Creations Monster Mamba Max http://www.horizonhobby.co.uk/autoonline/j24castle/j24mambamonster/j24mambamonster.html

This comes in 3 versions:

ESC only (about £140, ish)
ESC and CM2200 motor (2200kV) (about £250, ish)
ESC and CM2650 motor (2650kV) (about £250, ish)

Losi XCelorin 1/8 http://www.horizonhobby.co.uk/autoonline/j27teamlosi/j27xcelorin/j27xcelorin8thpg1.html

This also comes in 3 versions:

ESC only (about £140, ish)
ESC and 1300kV motor (about £235)
ESC and 1700kV motor (about £235)

Tekin RX8 http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=tekinrx8combo

This comes in many versions:

ESC only (http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=tekinrx8) (£145)
ESC and a choice of the following Buggy motors (£225):

2650kV
2050kV
1900kV
1700kV
1400kV

ESC and a choice of the following Truggy motors (£225):

2250kV
2000kV
1700kV
1550kV
1350kV

Speed Passion Silver Arrow (don't bother, get the Hobbywing 150A 6S ESC http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=HW150caresc for £85, which is a better ESC (as Hobbywing own, and make Speed Passion) without the piece of bent aluminium rather than the £150 or so Schumacher want for it (the SP ESC is only the 85A 4S version).
Motors

NEU motors (http://www.rc-monster.com/brushlessmotors.php). There's a lot there so check them out! (Lots! Between £135 and £180!:o)
Medusa Motors (http://www.rc-monster.com/brushlessmotors.php). Again, there are plenty to choose from! (Between £70 and £100)
Tekin T8 motors (http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=Tekinrx8t8motor). The same winds as mentioned earlier. (£110)
Castle Neu Motors (http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=MMMCOMBO2200&cat=20). 2200kV or 2650kV available. (£95)
Losi Motors (http://www.horizonhobby.co.uk/autoonline/j27teamlosi/j27xcelorin/j27xcelorin8thpg1.html) Quite a few different winds available (£120)
Tekno Lektron (http://www.teknorc.com/index.php?cPath=22_98). 2200kV or 1500kV available. ($179.99)
Conversion Bits

RC-Monster (http://www.rc-monster.com/rcm.php)
Tekno-RC (http://www.teknorc.com/index.php?cPath=22_97)
Lipos

Use your Trakpowers (provided they are the 4900mAh 25C ones), and wire them in series to get 14.8V, 4900mAh capacity. You need the higher capacity and discharge (C) rating to be able to run a high power brushless set-up (you want to aim for about 100A Continuous and 200A burst with 4S)

None of the lists are in any particular order, just as I thought of them.

My personal choices would be:

Conversion Bits: RC-Monster, Tekno RC haven't got a Hyper kit
ESC: Castle Creations Mamba Monster Max, simply because it is proven to work in such a variety of set-ups. Also the Castle customer service is excellent, and they have an excellent warrenty. Also, if you blow you're ESC up by doing something stupid (like connecting the batteries up the wrong way and turning it on), the most they'll charge for repair (even if it needs a whole new ESC) is $70.
Motor: Either one of the Castle motors, a Medusa or a Tekin.
Hope this has helped.
