i m thinking of trying to restore my cougar/club 10 just wondering is there people who do it for you or is it just a case of buy what you can when you can???
heres a few pics of mine the main thing i could do with is a new chassis(pref a purple one if you can still get hold of one)
cheers any advice is welcome (im already aware ofschumacher doing spares but found searching for the parts a bit difficult)
cheers

Bearings and new screws are all easily available for these, you've just got to know what size you want.
The chassis is a lot more difficult to come by, an unmarked purple one is like gold dust. You could find someone to refurb your silver one and re anodise it purple but that will cost. Failing that you could do what jeroen206 did and have a chassis made out of CF..
As for gearbox belts and pulleys I've no idea how easy they are to come by.
New shells are available from Kamtec too.
You will prob find your best bet is to scan that popular auction site the world over (Canada, France, Belgium etc) and see if you can pick up the parts you are looking for. they are out there you've just got to look.
Final resort is either begging on here for individual bits you need and hope that you've got something to trade or people are willing to sell or putting in the leg work and traipse round car boot sales looking for stuff people are getting shot of.
