Trakpower 3200 saddle Lipo's - Any ideas?

Hi, this problem developed over the weekend (see pics) and happened to coincide with a thermal cut out. The cells seem to work fine, both charge and discharge and haven't lost any performance but I'm a tad concerned as you might expect..

I'm guessing the plug has heated and moved due to overloading, anyone else has this?

Any advice appreciated.
