have got good experience with the rs pro as have been using it for a long time now. the xtreme team also used one for the 24 hour race and dispite shorting it out twice :wtf: against the prop through the race and lots of magic smoke escaping it never missed a beat for the whole event. is good if you ever race in the wet as when the motor starts to play up with the sensors getting moist it just switches to sensorless so you stand a much better chance of finishing a run.
it is a lot smoother than previous speedos i have run so defiunatly a big thumbs up from me about it. buy with confidence especially as the one person i have seen have trouble had his warrenty sorted out very quickly. tekin are very helpful and also on this site there is a Q and A section from Randy at tekin so any queries are answered correctly and quickly.

there are plenty willing to help you out, with setups or issue's you may have.

No need for a fan, hook it up to a computer with the hotwire and update the firmware too.

The UK distributor recently increased their prices - RS Pro RRP is now £219.99.

I've been very happy with mine - hasn't missed a beat.

DMS might have one.

I've only used mine once since I've bought it but it ran great. The hotwire software makes them very easy to set up and program too.

Mike, why dont you just drive up to us tommorow?? We are only in Watford (not that far from you non a good run), we have them in stock and we are only £179.95 on them !!! Then you can meet all the people behind the emails who have been answering your questions about them (amongst other things) for you too and be racing for the weeknd

(closer, cheaper and available, dont see any negatives there)
