Are the currently available Trakpower stick LiPos BRCA legal.
On the BRCA list it says "Also EFRA Label".
Does this mean that packs must have an EFRA label as well as the ROAR label OR does it mean either label will suffice?
The only ones I've seen on sale at the moment only feature a ROAR label.

Cheers for the link but I've looked at the list already...
It's the "Also EFRA label" bit that confuses me:confused:
The current batteries don't have an EFRA label on them - do they need one?
I remember the exhaustive threads about LiPo legality mentioning that the hard cases must be glued together (to avoid tampering) & there was some confusion about whether the current Trakpower batteries were glued - thought may be that the EFRA label denoted an approved change in design.

As long as they look like they do in the photo in the EB list, they are legal.
No label placed on the side (which could be either Efra, Roar, Brca - but not all) and they are the old cells.
Anything bought from TP since around January 2009 will be legal. Thats not to say model shops aren't sitting on older stock than that.
