can any point me in the right direction for post code of venue? address etc and what entrance we use? also is mains available at all?
No idea what the post code is, but the venue is huntington school about 1 mile off the outer ring road. Have a look at this map if it helps: http://yorcc.org.uk/maps2.htm
Also be aware that there is so little mains power that it would be easier to say that there is NO mains power!

is this the venue with the upstairs pitting area?
Can no-one read maps anymore?;)
This school never used to have an upstairs (maybe you're thinking of Batley?) but we've been moved out for about 1 year now while the school rebuilds so who knows what it's going to be like!

why read maps when we have sat nav
put the postcode into several maps online and it comes up with the same location as that in the club link above
Not Batley, but 1 venue I've been to had upstairs pitting. Maybe a Harrogate school?

Also, can anyone confirm if there will be loads of mains supplies available. I've got lazy since having a PSU and hate lunking that big old 12v around. ;)

We cannot confirm that there will be power. As of yet we are still hoping that the classrooms are available. I would suggest bringing 12v's just in case (remembering to make sure they are in a leak proof container).

I don't even have an entry form as I'm doing this through a mate...so would like to know entry time too.
Plus am driving over from Warrington which is a good 1.5 hours away...so all the extra precious sleep that I can get is a bonus. :)
It would be great if we can confim mains power before the event...but will have big bessie 12v in tow anyway.

Does the track change between the 2 days to make it a little more of a level field to the people only doing the sunday?
Fiddybux
23-03-2007, 07:36 PM
If someone could post a piccie of the track after saturday's event for us sunday boys then that would be a nice gesture...assuming the track doesn't change that is.
Also is there any news of the classrooms / mains supply yet?
Finally, is this definitely the address:

Huntington Road
