Now Iīve also finished the diff cover for TRF501X. The pictures shows the first rough prototype. The only holes are the ones where the belt exit and enter. I have designed the cover so that the holes are moved forward in the car. It also means that the lower hole is moved up from the lower deck. This reduces the risk of any dust and small stones to enter the holes. There are no screws to attach the cover. The bottom part is secured with the rear suspension mount (BN6). It can also be secured with the same screws as the stock rear belt cover and/or with a screw through the hole in the lower deck if you want to. The upper cover is held in place by the shock mount/tower. So when you remove the shock mount you can remove the upper cover. When the upper cover is removed you can remove the diff. No need to remove the bottom part, unless you need to change the belt. But it is as easy as removing the top deck. A bonus is that you donīt have to remove the rear belt cover in order to remove the diff, saving you the 'trouble' of removing 2 screws. You can use those screws to attach the stabilizer instead, saving you 2 screws. :D

Yes, they are for sale. Let me know if you are interested.
Of course in black plastic.:)

I have not made any diff cover for the front diff. I have never felt the need for a front diff cover. But if you need one, I can make one.:D
I have actually already done some 3D-models of it (for fun).

The diff cover should fit both 36 and 37t pulley. Donīt see any problem with that, but I have only tested with the 37t pulley.

Price is $45 plus shipping $10. Know it is a bit expensive, but I have not been able to get a better price yet.
On the other hand it will save a lot of maintenance and pulleys/drive belts.
As you know this diff cover set contains 3 pieces, so it cost a bit more to make them.

The 501X diff cover is now available on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170378223913

You can also buy it from me. It is $5 cheaper.

I will also put the 511 diff cover, 511 lipo cradle and 501X lipo cradle on ebay this week.
