Drilled out the rear pistons to 1.4mm, and changed the o-rings to Nortech Whities (much smoother and better action than kit ones), and now the rear of the car feels less 'stiff' in action.

Shall give it a whipping on the Talywain Track on the weekend, with the B4 wheels all round, should work well!!

Good work- Tally really is a non pack shock set up

What Oil are you running now the pistons have been drilled out?

Standard set-up seems very soft, at least 10wt in the rear anyway - I'm going to try it at PDA as a starting set-up but pretty sure it'll need thicker oil and possibly some different springs

I put 35wt in the front, but still got the kit o-rings in there, 30wt rear, and it feels a lot better. On the kit o-rings and pistons, it just didn't have the smoothness to cope with bumps.
