I’ve just had some front Yokomo BX hardened front UJ driveshaft’s turn up (bought for bling purposes of course) was surprised to find them ‘pre –built’. On opening the packages and taking a closer look it would appear these are pre-built because you’re not meant to take them apart.

Normally you have a grub screw to enable you to take driveshafts apart but there is nothing on these and no obvious way of undoing them, are you meant to never have to rebuild them, anyone else bought some of these and know wot-go-on?

Most UJ's I have seen over the years were not rebuildable - I think apart from those plastic losi things, the ones on the BX are the only UJ's that ive see which needed building.

So, nah! lol

I think with all the problems with the grub screws coming loose and the pin falling out Yokomo figured this would be the better set up for reliability.....

The part numbers are fronts: BX-010FH and rears: BX-010RH

They are a good investment.:)
