Trying to find a small jig that pushes out worn drive pins and could be used to push in new ones.I remenber some time ago in a radio race car mag that someone made one(x-ray or edit)out of aluminium aimed towards touring cars and would in work on any 1/10 offroad shafts.Any info would be a help.Trying to use a small vice and a punch but very tricky.

Could you make one from one of those devices that are used to remove links from a bicycle chain?

all you need is a hammer and a dremel tool :)

this is how to do it:
- take dremel and grinding thingy.
- grind down the worn pin to a smaller diameter
- hit the pin with a hammer so the small diameter of the pin will be inside the 'ball'
- grind down the rest of the pin
- hit the (reduced diameter) pin completely through

Use a block of wood with a hole in to support your drive shaft when you hit it.

or this one which is half the price of the one above by Dave Grunhill (http://www.oople.com/forums/showpost.php?p=219189&postcount=1)

not sure if he's still doing them as the pics have been removed, but you could ask him
