We have alot of "white" south africans moving to the states telling us about the violence and it does not sound appealing.

Yeah, sorry for bumping an old thread but:
It was absolutely ridiculous that they were too scared to go somewhere else than they're home. Where the fuck did they get the idea that going to south-africa is too dangerous.
I come from a eastern-europe which is offcourse too crazy place for dudes from west. And i dont get it.

News flash :woot:, it is VERY VIOLENT here in the USA! I would not listen to a "lilly white" from RSA.

LOL True. Just saying what South African's who have immigrated here have told me when I ask them why they are leaving their beloved country. :p
