I remember seeing a thread about this last year so thought I would start one for this years

My money is on Jonesy

Jonesy

Cheers for the vote of confidence mate

It's going to be a tough one this year especially at a tough track like Kiddy.

As with most years there is always the odd 'random' drive who only races regionals and not nationals so the national series is hard to go from. Due to this my top tip (especially 4wd) will be Tony Bishop (as I predicted last year too)

ben

Craig collinson for the win

Just to add to my Tony Bish predicitions I think Andy Griff and Nathan Waters will be there or there abouts in 2wd and Nathan and Colin May in 4wd

Oh and me of course...... :woot:

David Church

I am hoping to retain my Vet's double title, but Springer will be there, maybe I can syke him out, super glue and a banana may do the trick!!!! Hahahaha

Jonesy.
What have you got on Moss, he seems so far up your talent he wants to bet money!
For me, as some have already said Stu Wood, Chris Rowcliffe and Bish could also trouble Nathan retaining the BRC round Kiddy.
All the best and may the best driver win.

somebody mentioned to me at the weekend about a rule (new rule?) that prevented F1's from entering the EoS finals for at least 3 years after they lose their F1? Does anyone know if this is a current valid rule?

It was my understanding that former F1's couldn't enter the F3/4/5 finals for up to 5 years, Neil Round was refused entry to this years F3/4/5 on this basis

I bloody hope not :o:o:o

Any way my money is on Jonesy- or Chris Rowcliff for 2wd i think Chris Might take it as he won the 06 f2 at kiddy
and 4wd Nathan Walters or OJ for 4wd again going for oj as he made his first A final at Kiddy with his loved xx4

niggs98
02-09-2009, 08:44 AM
polter for 4wd. he is flying with grants cat lately, although i think nathan might be a bit quick as well. can he do the double double for the f2's and win it 2 years in a row :O
juniors has to be greg for the u16,s (not that im biased) and coner for the u13's although we do have a few quick youngens coming from the s/e who might cause some upset in both age groups, keep ya eyes on kyle or jodie moon, ashton armstrong and mr crew in u13 and will johnston in u16. all sure to be somewhere close by the end

Nathan hasn't been to Kiddy before, 2wd I'm going to put my money on the Rowecliffe, he's super quick round there and will be used to the winter track conditions. 4wd I recon Nathan will have found his way around and could be more of a handfull the final could be a 4 way bunfight between Jonesy, Waters, Woody and Bish (if he's doing 4wd)

I would like to first of all make top 10 in both classes. My money is still on Bish but Nathan will be there on both days.

Colin May will be there in 4wd as will Craig Collinson and Rowcliffe in 2wd.

Griff will do well - when he gets in, if not he'll do well drinking and cheering!!

I can't help thinking there will be a suprise name in there somewhere, we don't even know the full entry list.

I'm hoping (I know it's too late now) that all the 'contenders' are split over a couple of heats. The last couple of years we've been pretty much thrown in one heat and that makes it tougher!!

Remember what this is all about though - Mid-West for the trophy, GO TEAM!!
