Has anyone come up with a way of running Losi or Associated rear wheels on the Madrat?
Anyone modded the front to take B4 wheels yet either?
Got a shedload of B4 wheels and tyres so it would be nice to be able to use them on the rat.

As a short term fix.. Just take the rear hex off.. makes the car marginally wider but shouldnt matter unless your doing nationals..
For the front, use B4 steering blocks and axles...
Hope this helps!

I'd thought of that too but don't want to end up with a narrow front end and a wide rear. Just wondering if anyone had done it yet.
Thanks though :)

same problem with the kyosho rb5 you can get proline rear axles for the rb5 to fit losi/associated rims so they might fit the madrat
front theres nothing putting b4 front steering arms on makes the car too narrow well on the rb5 it does so i think it will be the same for the madrat as it is pretty much a copy

email info@teamcracing.net and they will ship you a set of the optional B4 rear CVD's. they are US$9 + shipping
I have a pair, they come with all the necessary washers/spacers
I had posted a thread about this, in here, but here we go, again.
Front end: buy the B4 axles and blocks, ream the block to 3mm, and you will need a 2mm spacer, so you can now run the axle low or high, and it brings the front width safely inside the width limit.
Rear end: I used a pair of Tamiya DB-01 rear stub axles, trimmed down on the exle side, to clear the wishbone, and DB-01 front dogbones, for now, you will need 1 0-ring in the RHS diff outdrive, and 3 in the left. You will also need the axle washer and drive pin.
Running it like that, the car works a treat.
