As I live and breath.

Mr Ball running an off roader !

Good luck fella, have you booked in for the 'Super Cup' ?

Shockers ?

You need 5wt in the front left, 60wt in the front right, that's for a clockwise track obviously, you'd swop them round for anticlockwise....

Only kidding. Just follow the instuctions, put the tops on first then fill and inset the shock piston / shaft, gently screw it down a bit allowing the oil bleed (I make sure the piston shaft if full depressed before the final tightening of the end) that's it. They are nice and smooth when done properly.

Theres some other info in the ZX-5 posts about setups and oil etc, good luck.

they just need the slightest of "nips" tight with a spanner or something otherwise i find they leak a little.
they really are some of the easiest to use shocks ive had..
