As far as I know No, only the standard M05 Mini comes with the esc and it's onlt the TEU-101BK

taken from the TamiyaUSA website;

Required Items

Electronic Speed Controller
2-channel R/C unit with ESC
8xAA batteries for transmitter
7.2V Stick Battery
7.2v Charger
