sintered rotors

Am i right in thinking if you put the optional sintered rotor in a lrp x11(5.5,6.5or7.5) it would be ileagal as it would be a "hybrid" motor?

at this moment in time its unclear via the EB
thought its cheating if you were to take a 4.5 decal and stick it on a 6.5 and then stick the sintered rotor in the 6.5 im not sure how you would tell the winding?
