Points System

Just thought I would see what people thought about the points system now the season is all finished?

I wanted points for qualifying and finals, and thats what we used this year, but I have to say I didnt notice any difference to points on finals only.

So I want to be the first to say we should go back to points on finals only, it's just easier I think, and I know Steve Brooke would be happier with this as well:)

I'm happy with either. As you say over the course of the 4 rounds you usually get the same order in the table.

But if i break on the first lap of my final from BQ i reserve the right to change my mind!! lol

I can see the ideas behind both systems, but personally I don't really mind.

The only good thing with the system we just used is that it is not quite so harsh if you don't finish your final.

Either way I'm not too bothered which one we use.

I'm of the opinion that if there's not really much difference between the 2 systems, but points on finals frees up some of Steve's time, then let's go with that.

God boys we are getting so loved up as a region whats the point of me turning up at this years AGM if theres nothing for me to argue about, no worries guys Alan always got something in the locker to spring on you lot ha ha.
