it's a 27 mhz transmitter.
just done a search on ebay and you can get a new one cheaper.
just put in acoms transmitter.

The obvious answer is that it's an Acoms Techniplus transmitter :D
Specifically it's an Acoms Techniplus AP201.

For value, you're looking at £10 at most new, second hand about £3.00.
