I used a 6.5 at PDA and need something a little slower :) Outside it would be perfect.

LOL, I'm using a brushed 12x2 motor, which for my application is fine (Small tight indoor track) but IMHO the drivetrain will cope with a serious brushless 5.5 motor!!

Im currently running LRP x12 6.5 but it's way to much for this car was good in my CAT SX

So I'm off to buy x12 7.5 better for this car indoors

Sorry to bring up an old thread but saves making a new one.
I notice that in other 4wd buggies (b44, xxx4, bj4 etc.) most of the fast guys run 5.5 motors but seems most people run with the 6.5 in the DEX410. Does the 6.5 run better without overheating etc. in the DEX410. I have a Tekin 5.5 sitting in the cupbaord, just need to know if I need to replace it. Thanks
