BRCA Renewal & AGM

The BRCA membership renewal forms are in, affiliated membership will be the same as last year £13.

However before I collect fees I need to confirm the club membership (currently £5), which is normally done at the AGM.

I have the following preferred dates in December (The club financial year ends November, so there has to be some time to prepare the accounts):

6th December
13th December

Let me know which is preferred, if there is no preference then the 6th it will be.

Does it have to be on a race day? Cant we have it on a weekday?
I just dont think the "important stuff" will get everybody's full attention when it's eating into racing time... Just my opinion....
