It was a mystery from where I was sat !! Perhaps I should have been watching my marshalling area ???? But it was too exciting !!

Found the problem with my motor... failed bearing :o (pinion gear end).. basically all the internals had fired out (tiny hole in bodyshell where one must have come out! :woot:) and part had got wound round the rotor shaft behind the pinion.. and some the tiny balls were in the can.. doesnt appear to be much damage to the magnet other than a score mark near the top.. but cant retest until bearing caseing is removed and i get a replacement bearing.. do you reckon it will be ok once sorted? (i only did a couple of warm up laps and not many laps in the B final, motor wasnt even hot...)

Anyone any ideas on how to remove the bearig casing which remains in the can?

Ta!

Thanks to Broxtowe for a well run meeting yesterday. It is the first time I have been to the venue and it took me 3 rounds to get into 4wd due to the high grip, it's unreal!! What you guys did with the space available was fantastic

I will be back again for sure
