Hi everybody,
mr Skelding and some other said that CA glue is a good way to protect the shock tower from scratching, but I was afraid to do a mess, so I came up with this idea: I had some plastic tubes (one of them is from special material) First I put heatshrink on the tower tips, then I cut a piece of tube and heated up with the heat gun. Then I molded very tight, the almost meltet tubing piece on the shock tower with glowes on. Now is stuck in there and function like a clip. The car flipped over 2 times already, and the "shock tower cap clips" stayed on, protecting the tower for beeing scratched.
I know many of you will think, "stupid"! "ugly"! but it does the work because they are resistent, very flexible and sit very tight and they look much better in presence as on the pics.
I just wanted to share it with you, thank you.
