i'll be there, running the new chassis if i can get it all tweaked right and a body and undertray moulded in time. The body's the only tricky bit left!

what new chassis is this???

slim b4 chassis, ssimilar layout to the one in the 'i made this' section, but White GRP for the moment, and a bit easier to get the cells in and out by the looks of things...

there'll be more work done tonight, and hopefully some pics taken and posted later...

yep, speedo is above the cells up against the shock tower at the rear.

You only want to see it go so you can laugh when the back end snaps off! :D

If it goes reasonable well this weekend I'll invest in some Carbon fibre sheet, and get it cut by someone who has better implements for cutting than a dremel, and a proper countersinking tool... at the mo it's a bit scruffy, but runs. We'll see what it does on Sunday. Just got to paint the pepsi bottle body now!

reckon we could get it to clear the trees at the back of the track Doddy?

I'd laugh if the first time you make a mistake Rob, the car just collapses into a great big pile of crap :D

The weather for Sunday is pretty good, it just depends on how the track is today and how much rain falls on it over the 24 hours.

Kidderminster track is currently dry, no standing water at all. Only sign of rain is the dried out dirty rings where puddles have been in the past week or so.

At this moment in time everything is perfectly OK for tomorrow's meeting.

If I hear any different from Kidderminster club during the day, I'll post on here. If not I'll see all 63 of you other drivers tomorrow.

Good result today. Track design was great (NO HAIRPINS). I qualified 4th in the D and came 7th. That may not sound great but thats 131 points and i got 104 and 99 at Marston and Oz. Great Kiddy organisation as usual.
