Alternate Front Arms for SB v1

Hey guys, I busted another front arm on my sbv1 pro, and the US distributor has them out of stock. I was wondering if I could substitute a set of arms from a more common manufacturer, like AE or similar.

Maybe the V2 arms will fit? They will definitely shorten the wheelbase, but that might not be a bad thing.

If anybody has a V2, would you mind taking an overhead pic of the arms with the hingepins in the pivots so I can compare the v1 and v2 arms?? I am guessing the inner width of the arms are the same or very close...
