Just got a new DEX410:thumbsup: - the serial number is: TD00428
Does anybody know what batch this model is from (I'm assuming the numbers go up chronologically as the kits are produced)?
Just wondering before I decide whether to order some new ball cups, and any bits that were seen as troublesome on an early one...
Cheers

Cool! My friend bought one of ten cars shipped to Sweden and he got the 664. The last serial number in the batch. He looked for 666 but now we know where it went.

Thats right - on ebay. Hence the savox servo for sale!
Turned out I was bidding blind against my racing buddy:cry::blush:
I assumed it was an early-ish kit as I'd imagine you wouldn't buy, build, then sell straight away. Give it a few months to stop drooling over it!

Mine is 697 and I got it in early January. I asked Adam and he confirmed it has the revised ball cups and front axels

Mines number 59, one of the pre-orders. Didn't know TD had revised axels are they shorter?

It ought to be clean - it was listed as new! (which it is:thumbsup:)
On a slight tangent - I should buy the following:
New type ball cups
Set of extra grub screws for driveshaft pins
New type drive pins
Bearing crush tube of some kind
Anything else???
Thanks in advance.

I would get the new ball cups.
Get extra grub screws for the pins from Nortech as I do not find the Durango ones as good
Make sure you have some spare drive pins
Get some old 5x10x4 bearings and dremel the outsides off and use the centres as crush tubes for the rear and get HB61490 for the front.
Usual spares that I carry are wishbones, hinge pins and servo saver parts.
I am gutted as I have lost my Durango box so do not know serial but have now got no manual or any of the option parts. :(

I bought number 770 from Germany about a week and a half ago. The next day the Team Durango website ran out of stock. It may be that production has moved focus onto the R just now. It'll be interesting to see when the nonR (is that what we have to call it now?) is back in stock and if anything has changed.
