Who's in for racing this weekend pending weather?

I'll be running my B4 as my Cat SX is in bits waiting for Cat SX II parts.. :(

I will be there, with the track work happening on Saturday and the table top already built it means people are going to have to learn the track all over again.:p
Looking forward to it to be honest, the double hump when done will catch us all out at some point........;)
The club is moving forward nicely and the racing getting closer

Just need to make sure that whatever we do isn't left in a half done state. I.e. we need to focus on a particular section

You lot only want the extras due to Steve being miles up the road with a new track record last week!

Great to see 18 drivers last weekend, even on Mothering Sunday, nice to see Matt, Lloyd, Simon race. Hope Simon gets the Tamiya out as looks to be a very quick driver.

Weather isn't great for Saturday's work party, but Sunday looks better

Ballistic Buggy Pinks at the ready!

We'd like a 9am start please!

If numbers are good with the novices we'll be creating a dedicated heat for them, regardless of class. It's to ease the pressue off them when the likes of Steve are pounding round, but it will also hopfully mean the regulars can help them out more.

If the weather is anything like I will be there, the B4 with the L plates.

Chris, would you be happier in your own heat with less racers? Oportunity to learn and not be harrassed? I think we've got about four novices.

That would be good, but as a complete beginner, at the moment I am happy enough getting laps in between heats. The last thing I want to do is get in the way of the others.

I'm thinking about it, but the B44 is reliable and it seems to go well, i'm undecided;)

No probs.

Roll on for the better weather and I think we've got the technical and sound issues cracked.

With the clocks changing I'd like to be starting the racing at 9am very soon.

Everybody like the table top ? Its not the biggest in the world but it does the job.

The table top was ace - just the right height to be fun but not breaking cars (apart from Jack driving his car off it and landing in a puddle - it has dried out now and is working again :D)

Great to see jcb at work clearing the earth at the end of the straight - banked sweeper anyone?

Rob

You got it in one. Just need some reliable netting to stop the cars going miles off track.

Still too many Associated based 2WD cars! I'll be hoping to change that in the coming weeks :D

Steve will be back with is XXCR soon to give the 2WD a run for their money!

Longer term the table top needs a bit of work as we wanted to run anti clockwise for the 4WD final, but Tony indicated that there is a nasty lip going that way.

Get that sorted and it'll be a nice addition for both directions
