The ENTRY REGISTRATION FORM (http://www.oople.com/rc/ooplerace2010/)for the 2010 oOple Invernational has been online for a few days whilst oOple Chief Jimmy was moving house and setting up with 'the internets' - and despite there being no big official announcement we have a huge number of entries already.

We've put some thought into making the oOple race one that racers will remember and whilst we don't want to give all the details away now, we can reveal that Mr.Frothy, the mobile beer bus, will be in attendance to provide us with golden beer-joy.

This is going to be one heck of a 10th off road meeting so if you want to get registered for the meeting you still have time - check out the online form HERE: (http://www.oople.com/rc/ooplerace2010/) http://www.oople.com/rc/ooplerace2010/

So I might be visiting family in England around that time, is it open to people living else where in the world? I still have a British passport if that counts :)

There's an 'element' of selection, but the reason we dropped the word 'invitational' in favour of a made up word which combines with International to make Invernational was that we thought invitational made it sound too exclusive and possibly off-putting.

That said, have you been racing in the USA last week? You're more than welcome to sign up Lee, in fact, please do!

One would think, from the name "invernational," that numerous international drivers would be invited. Perhaps my thinking is wrong again...

It could be the biggest 1/10 race on the planet in 2010. If the "right" international drivers were invited and it was made possible for them to attend. How about inviting Nayato, Hayato, Satochi, Ryan, Ryan, Jared, Brian, Mike, Dustin, Matt, Hupo, Peter, etc. Along with Ellis, Neil, Lee you've got one heck of a race, the kind of thing any "normal" driver will remember being part of for a long time.

You made up the name and christened the race, Jimmy. Now make it live up to the name.

Hey Lee, Imagine being at a race where at least two of the drivers I named are in the B! Maybe you! LOL

If all those guys came, it would be bigger than this year's Cactus, generally considered the biggest race of the year in non-worlds years.

Jimmy, you can make your race the biggest one in the world if you want to.

Hi Chazz,

Your thinking is not wrong, and in fact several international drivers have already been invited to come and race.

Anyone is free to register their interest to come and race, super stars too. All they have to do is fill in the form and Jimmy will invite who he would like to race at the event.

The whole intention from the outset was to get a good mixture of drivers at the event. We could already fill the current places with just oOple members that have entered if we wished.

You also have to remember this is the first time the event will be run, and will be a learning year also in a way. If it is a mini worlds type event with top drivers from around the world then the pressure will be HUGE to not make any single mistake and that’s not quite how we dance, yet ;)

So, if any superstars are out there reading this, and you would like to come and race, fill in the form! You are more than welcome to come and play but only if you play the oOple way…. Don’t take it too seriously and visit Mr. Frothy every now and again!

Just for the fun of it could there be a novelty race where each driver must first down 8 pints before they can start.
