Slim Front Wheels

Looking to get some slim 2WD front wheels. Are the U3756 Med Front Wheels; White - Cougar SV the correct ones which will fit the Schumacher tyres.

Also does anyone know if these will be available with pre-glued tyres?

no idea on pre glued,? but the slims fronts we were using are mediums cut down so the stagger ribs fit right,
