I use the losi ones personally, they arnt overly cheap but they have more than lasted their worth.
Integy, they are very light and very nice but they sell them as a 3 set and so one of the drivers needed for the B4 is missing and at £18 they arent exactly budget but are very nice

I use Team Magic allen drivers, nice to hold and use and rrp is 'only' £6.50. being that little bit cheaper adds up when you get a full set together.

I use AE ones, ive had them for a couple of years although a couple have snapped on me (yes im heavy handed) Ill prob replace with Losi ones, their the best ive used for the same kind of price.

i have used a team magic set for the last 3 years, still have nice tips on. Only £6 odd each and you don't get stuck with a full set that includes a size or two you don't need.

Ones I have liked...
RPM, Associated, SH Engines, Wiha (even 0.050 and 1.5mm have been durable and these are not expensive tools).
Ones I have had less luck with...
Team Magic small size (broke), 3Racing small size (broke).
Haven't tried any of the others.

i use the Jconcept ones, and they are great! i used to have RW racing ones, which lasted really well and i dont think are that expensive.
