I'm not able to race at the weekend and just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere decent (or just different) in the NW / NE during the week or on a Friday night to get some good racing?

Ideally looking to race the 1/10th buggies, but considering dusting off the tourer and going to Wrexham if all else fails.

Anyone got any good suggestions? Do Batley / Bury / Tiverton / York run midweek or on a Friday night?

Anywhere else that I might not know of...even if its further away.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Alright, epor (ellesmere port off roaders) is looking like it's starting a buggy heat, were just in the process of sorting out drivers and cars as the club has been mainly tourers and mardave for a few years but since micro's have leapt on to the scene off road is making a return with a few jumps to spice it up a little

Wirral model car club could start an off road heat if their is enough intrest i belive will have to check though,

Both clubs are well worth checking out

Epor race on friday night i belive doors open at 6 pm racing starts at 7 at

Hope Farm community centre
Hope Farm Road, Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port

Wirral MCC race on a tuesday doors open from 6 15 racing starts around 7 30

Neston Civic Hall Hinderton Road Neston South Wirral

There is always good old Teesside, open every wednesday from 6pm til 9pm. Also know as the TRCC, the website if you would like to have a look is at http://www.trcc.org.uk/. It has the address as well as other information. It is open to all classes and is open practise all night. Hope this helps you.:)

TRCC

Wed Night
Practice Night, 6pm till 9pm, no heats or finals

Sat Night
Race Night, 4pm till 10:30 ish, heats & finals

See for race fee's (http://www.trcc.org.uk/2007cal.htm) but I think you get 3 nights free as a non-member. Correct Gary?

On a wednesday it is just practise, meaning you can be on as long as you want, getting in as much practise as you want. You could always have a little go at trying to beat some of the other drivers while practising and then sometimes it becomes a little race. But other than that, the racing is on staurday night. Racing starts at 6pm but the track opens up earlier for a bit of practise.:)
