I have a Tamiya F350 to paint up - it's a hard shell truck that you paint on the outside in the traditional manner so I wanted a nice colour for it - I saw some HOUSE OF KOLOR stuff on ebay, really nice colours and available in small 2oz pots for only $6 (I couldnt find it in small pots over here, hence ebay)
How much for postage on this lil pot of paint? $250 USD ! :D:D:D:D:D
Anyone know if I can get something similar in the UK? or indeed anywhere else that doesn't charge $250 to ship a pot of paint?

Is it that expensive because its a controlled / potentially dangerous item? I suppose paint is flamable.

Ive had to pay extra for paint from ebay, because they said it was potentially dangerous to ship, but never that much!

Yeah, they say its a dangerous item. but still - for $250 I would expect it has its own plane seat.
