The Ultima will handle just about any motor you can fit in it, the gearbox is pretty tough. Spares and upgrades are available to order here http://www.tamiyaparts.co.uk/tamiyaparts/tpx/kyosho.htm and anywhere else that stocks Kyosho. If the parts are still available from Kyosho Europe they will be in that list. The UJs and wheels to go with them are listed there so are still available.

These are all the option parts listed on that web page as still available from Kyosho Europe.
K.W5181 TWIN CAP PRO SHOCK/SHORT : 2 PCS £33.84
K.W5183 TWIN CAP PRO SHOCK/LONG/ REAR : 2 PCS £33.00
K.UM406 UNI DRIVE SHAFT - ULTIMA RB £15.00
K.UM407 SPUR GEAR (82 T/ 48DP) £4.14
K.UM412 MAIN GEAR (78T-48DP) - SST17 £4.14
K.UM413 WHEEL DISH/WHITE - FR 2WD £6.84
K.UM414 WHEEL DISH/WHITE - FR OR R 4WD £6.84
K.UMW402 CARBON FRONT SHOCK STAY £17.40
K.UMW403 CARBON REAR SHOCK STAY £11.04
K.SP107 REAR HUB(HARD) - ULT ST&RB/TF4R : 2PCS £3.90
Associated B3 wheels will also fit on the car.
Very unlikely anyone here will have the car, we are all racers and the Ultima RB was never sold as a serious racer, not even sure if the electric versions were actually sold in the UK, I've only ever seen the gas versions for sale so even less likely we would have one.
No alloy parts around either as it was built properly in the first place. Adding alloy parts doesn't make it go faster, usually they just make the buggy heavier and less durable (they bend in an accident)
