Missing pieces in my kit

Started building my kit and everything looks and feels very nice but I'm missing pieces.

U3665 (Shock seal housings are missing)
U3131 (washers)

Am I the only one missing some pieces?

Prob best ringing the shop you bought it from firstly, then only go direct to Schuey if the shop says to do so. There service is excellent, so don't fret, you really ought to do this asap and let us know the outcome.

It's not a big deal but a bit annoying because I'm stuck now.

1 of my back turnbuckles isn't actually threaded, it is just circles so it wouldn't actually thread on :confused:

I'm only half way through the build so I haven't opened all of the bags yet but I do know I haven't got any window masks. Assuming that there just aren't any also.:eh?:

Build is going very well, no window masks in the kit but thats it all other items present and correct.

I dont think schey makes window mask's the catsx never had them and none of the bodies with decal sets included have ever had masks
