We are starting an indoor rc club in, lets face it, is not the best area in the country. We have a very understanding use of a hall and have even been offered carpet f.o.c for running on, track markers will be waste pipe and some round footie training markers.....but ZERO cars of any type other than my own!
I have a couple of Mardaves and Tamiyas etc and will probably be able to put togther 4-5 cars out of everything I have....hence the BIG ask!
Does anyone have anything they could donate to a fledgling club ? :confused:
Odd bits & pieces, tyres/wheels, shells, esc's of any old kind, batteries can be ancient ni-cads etc, if somethings actually working and running from the off its a bonus. The plan is to have some sort of bits box to get something running if its donated.
These kids live in a complete rat hole, but its their rat hole and we're trying to make the best of things. Im doing my best with my own very limited resources and it would be a shame for it to run out of steam for the sake of something most of us would bin anyway.
So please...help out if you can ?
