I have been in contact with x factory today and they have just taken delivery of the new Team Azarashi shell and under tray for the 410. You can only buy it from these guys as Team Azarashi wont sell to any private buys in the UK.

The price is scary at £43.99 :(

A lot nicer than the Gainabull shell :)

Of course they can charge that price!!! Have you forgotten the price of the car itself?

It doesn't matter how much the car costs at first, £44 for a shell and undertray is having a laugh, that's almost double what it is for a CAT SX shell and tray:thumbdown:

Each to their own I guess, when you see the shell close up it is stunning and one of the nicest shells around in my opinion...

The price is crazy, we know that, but then when the Japanese YEN sits at 130 to the £ (when it used to be 245 not so long ago) there is nothing anyone can do about that sadly if items come from Japan.

The Cat is possibly the cheapest 4wd body out there, mainly beciase it is UK based with no shipping or import to worry about (nice choice to compare to BTW) but the likes of the Yokomo BMAX (£28), Kyosho Lazer (£27) and Tamiya TRF501 (£33) are all just as bad when they originate from Japan at present (plus they dont include the extra undertray)

At the end of the day no-one is forced to buy the expensive stuff from Japan, but for those who want it the choice is there for them......

Looks ace! Totally love it. Tasteful. Someone with skill designing shell over there in Japan. Most shells are ugly as a blow up shithouse but not Azarashis and Kyoshos. Durangos own is the best still.

But but but, the woomoog on the cat......:wtf::confused::eh?::thumbdown::cry:

No trouble, was not being funny, but you did pick the cheapest 4wd body out there to compare against... :) I am not defending the Fettera price, far from it ir is way too high, but nothing we can do about the economy and importing costs (especially from Japan at present)

Yes their wings are available to buy seperatly, the one in the picture is AZ0001 and comes as a pack of two (one straight and one curved) and these are good value at just £8.69 (which is far better value compared to the body and undertray set)

I still think the original Durango shell is better than all the aftermarket shells I have seen so far.

I think the reason behind the Fettera bodyshell was to give users a little more space for the electrics. I love the Durango but the packaging is very very tight and this bodyshell will allow for a slightly better packaging of all your equipment that will also aid in air flow to keep things cool :)

Just whish I could find one to buy - pain you can't buy direct from manufacturer :(

Hi Scott,

They are available to buy from any of the X-Factory UK stockists (one of which I believe supports your club and is fairly local to you - I think) so just give them a call if you need one and we can have one with them for you in 24 hours if needed.......
