Hi Chaps, Just wondering what shop sells JC SC10 wheels?

Or is there any other good wheels as the AE ones tend to strip out the rears

Hi there ,iv'e had the same problem, several cures,

Use a washer between the wheel nut and the wheel so the nut doesn't bottom out on the thread, use steel appoxy in the webbing on the inside of the wheel or use a tamiya touring car wheel hex and use hpi wheels(i use this one)which are 12mm hex, replace the roll pins with 1.5mm allen keys.

I found the standard wheels work fine just by using the wheel washer and check after each run.if you make the 1.5 allen key longer than the roll pin it sits better in the wheel,The epoxy iv'e never tried,You can buy a 12mm hex conversion from e-bay usa to run hex wheels front & rear(very good ,but it pushes the track width out by 1/4 inch so you need to lift shell up but no problems with this)

Hope this helps it did the trick with mine.

The latest version of the AE 'KMC' wheel is much improved with more material around the pin.

I tend to run J Concepts Rulux as they are a bit cheaper than the AE wheels, but I have managed to strip the center out of one when a wheel nut became loose (should have checked it before the race).

I tend to get my J Concepts stuff from Concept Racing (http://www.concept-racing-rc.com/), but any SMD dealer should be able to get them for you.
