Pulsar 3 battery charger, (does lipo) been used 3 times, as good as new,

PARTIAL CHARGE
Never store NiMH and LiPo-batteries empty. The PCC-3 features a Partial Charge” mode for batteries. With this function you can set a fixed capacity value, e.g. 1000 mAh, and the PCC-3 will charge exactly this capacity into your battery.
Your advantage: perfect storage best lifetime.
VOLTAGE-OUTPUT FUNCTION
Adjustable output from 1.0V to 12.0V / 20A
Can be used to break in brushes, run comm-lathes or power 7.2V soldering irons, tire warmers and many more.
